We also offer monthly mailorder updates via email to keep you posted on the availability of new releases. In the event that an item that you've ordered is unavailable, we will alert you as to the status of that item via email, at which point you will have the option to backorder your initial choice or choose another item.

We typically ship orders 3 times weekly- which ensures that your order almost always ships within a day or two after you place it.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (sent to destinations within the USA) are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service; we offer domestic shipping alternatives (Media Mail, Insured Media Mail & Priority Mail).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (sent to destinations outside the USA) will be shipped via Airmail and are insured if lost or damaged. The cost for postage will appear in your order summary, and is estimated based on the amount of items you have ordered. We reserve the right to bill your credit card for any amount over this general estimate for Airmail.
